Who I am:
I come from a family of preachers, teachers and service men. I wanted to be different so I tried medicine and law and still ended up an educator! I work with women leaders who are interested in making more money conquering The 7 Pitfalls of Women Leadership, The 7 Keys to the C-Suite, self-love and leading a better life with intention.
What I do:
Leadership Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the form of events, experiences and seminars where I leverage metacognitive theory and neuroscience to garner results.
Why I do it:
Through my personal and professional curated activations, my research and my faith, I bring something unique to the landscape. I believe we live in a world that when the tide rolls in, all boats lift. Let’s rise togetHER!

Dr. Laci C. Robbins is the founder of the Everyday Business Conference, a movement of connection, collaboration and community for women who are About Business!
An award-winning leader with both a Master’s Degree and Doctorate Degree in Leadership, Dr. Laci is skilled in training organizational management on the essentials of talent retention and organizational culture. In 2017, in partnership with her husband, Dr. Laci founded Robbins’ Nest Consulting, a boutique consulting firm located in Milwaukee, WI. Offering facilitated learning and results based consulting services for organizational management on the essentials of talent retention, workplace civility, and organizational culture.
Dr. Laci creates community focused experiences for women leaders. She and her team of Senior Consultants works daily to support current women leaders through exploratory coaching, as they turn their knowledge, background, and expertise into a
profitable leadership platform. To go from the process of figuring it out, to leadership in practice!
Dr. Laci’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fisk University, Post Baccalaureate in fine arts with an emphasis in photography from Studio Art Centers International, and both a Master’s Degree, with an emphasis in leadership and a Doctorate in Education with an emphasis in metacognition, leadership, and professional practice, from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Dr. Laci serves on the Executive Board for the African American Art Alliance of the Milwaukee Art Museum, Program Committee for the Northwest Side Community Development Cooperation, Advisor to Compel Family Life Center, a member of Professional Dimensions, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Milwaukee Alumnae Chapter.
Dr. Laci is married to Pastor W. Aaron Robbins, Sr.
